When Hypatia was born it was obvious immediately that she was exactly what we had hoped for from this cross.
Her dam, Stella, is a GCH Alethia HB When Stars Align daughter, and takes very much after her own dam. Correct, productive, and capacious. However, we wanted to add a little refinement to Stella’s general appearance, and that is where Hypatia’s sire comes in.
Hannukah has proven repeatedly that he can stamp a consistent type on his daughters. Length, levelness, angularity. It’s all there, and Hypatia clearly takes more after her sire in general appearance.
We will have to wait until the spring of 2025, however, to see if Hypatia follows her dam and granddam, GCH Alethia DJ Written N The Stars, in mammary structure and capacity.
