Curbstone Valley BS Bonnie Ann

Annie’s dam, Bonny Dewn, was the last kid born in our herd in California, and one of the most anticipated of the season. She was just 12 weeks old when the herd was evacuated due to the fire.

Bonny freshened for the first time in 2022 with this single doeling. While lacking somewhat in capacity as a first freshener with a single, nonetheless she had a lovely well-attached udder.

Looking for a little more length of body, while maintaining width, we selected Skep to be Annie’s sire. Not only did he add length, but that included a very long rump! She is pulling back hard in her profile photo, giving the illusion of being straight in the shoulder, so once she is clipped after the warmer weather arrives, we will get a much more representative photograph of her, as she is quite eye-catching in person!
