Full littermate sister to Prima Donna, Diva has some of the very best of our genetics combined into one. She is a lovely balanced young doe who reminds me a lot of her granddam’s sister, Callirrhoe, just with more correct rear leg angulation.

While I often try to convince myself not to keep littermate sisters, sometimes it is inevitable. As these are some of Wolf 359’s daughters, I am very interested to see how both Diva and Donna mature.

Comparing both young does, Donna has a slight edge on front end assembly, and length of her neck, but Diva appears, at this point in time, to be more balanced in the length of her cannon bone. Otherwise, both does are remarkably similar in general appearance, with equivalent length, width, and apparent body capacity at this stage.

Her sire, Wolfie, is expected to bring more area of mammary attachment, rear udder arch width, and height, and overall mammary capacity, but we’ll have to wait until spring of ’26 to see that result, and we can’t wait!
